Once an order is placed, we require 1–3 working days to process it. Orders placed during the week are usually processed within one working day. Orders placed on Friday evenings or during the weekend may take slightly longer. -
Shipping & delivery:
After processing, your order is dispatched and delivery takes an average of 5–10 working days.

Placing an Order
Ordering at Aura Carbon is simple:

Click “Proceed to Checkout” and enter your shipping details carefully.

Once all information is correct, click “Continue to Shipping.”
On the shipping page, you can review your address details. Please note that all orders are shipped free of charge. As a thank-you to our customers, we always cover shipping and delivery costs.
After selecting your preferred payment method, click “Complete Order.” You will be redirected to the payment provider to finalize your purchase. If you experience any issues, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.

There is no minimum order quantity, and all products are delivered directly to your door 100% free of charge.
