Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, returns are possible within 30 days of receipt, provided the conditions below are met.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be satisfied:

The product is complete, including all parts and components, and returned in its original packaging.

The product shows normal handling only; damage caused by misuse or careless handling is excluded.

Products where hygiene is relevant must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

Any defect must be reported immediately upon receipt of the product.

Shipping costs for returns may be charged to the customer.

Returns are processed within 7 working days. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that the item has been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How to Return an Order
If your return meets the conditions above, please follow these steps:

After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the correct return address.
Do not send the return back to the sender.
Returns sent without prior approval or to an incorrect address will not be accepted.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the purchase was made for personal and non-commercial purposes.
Cancellation Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) receives the final item.
Due to our automated order processing system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Aura Carbon by email with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
The withdrawal becomes effective only once the goods have been received back by us.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Shipments in Transit
As our products are shipped from Asia, delivery times may vary and are outside our control.
If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then initiate a return.
To speed up the return process, we kindly ask you to send us proof of shipment once the return has been dispatched.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will refund all payments received, excluding delivery costs, within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
You will not be charged any additional fees for the refund itself.
IMPORTANT
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia.
